The AITEK Innovation Summit is designed as an experience of dialogue, learning, encounters and opportunity development. Here is the journey of a participant, from registration through to the summit’s follow-through.

Arrive and gain access
Welcome and sign-in from 8:00 a.m., access to the event spaces with your personal badge. Access to the panels, masterclasses and workshops require prior booking for each session through the Agenda section of the AIS app, subject to availability.

Choose your sessions
Five major debates shape the day; seven masterclasses and five workshops go deeper into operational cases. Everyone builds their own path based on their priorities.

Meet decision-makers and partners
Meetings are arranged based on interests expressed, availability and participants’ agreement. The partner areas let you see in action the solutions being discussed in the sessions.

Build your network
Breaks, lunch and area visits are designed as moments of exchange, not interruptions.

Showcase your participation
The Media Studio produces interviews, remarks and analysis on site, extending the visibility of speakers and partners.

Extend the conversation
The discussions are distilled into recommendations and carried forward through the Policy Brief, published within a month of the event.
