Registration

Registration is carried out through the AIS application, available at app.aitekinnovationsummit.com. By clicking the registration button, you leave the AIS website. The data collected is that of the application form fields.

Each session is booked in the Agenda section of the AIS app. Access remains subject to approval by the organisers.

Messages sent to ais@aitek.fr are processed solely to respond to the enquiry.

Website Forms

Photographs and Video

Photographs and video are taken during the event for communication purposes. Anyone may request the removal of an image featuring them by writing to ais@aitek.fr.

Data is intended for the organisation of the event. Technical providers — hosting provider, form service — access it only within the scope of their role.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to organise the 2026 edition and any related correspondence. Retention periods are set with the operator of the AIS app and can be obtained on request at ais@aitek.fr.

Security and Hosting

The website is hosted by OVH SAS, in France. Data processed during registration falls under the AIS application, operated by the organisers.

Updates

This policy will be updated when internal forms, the final registration platform, or an audience-measurement tool are activated.

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail. This English page is provided for information only.
