Everything you need to know to prepare for your visit to AITEK Headquarters.
Date and Hours
Friday, October 2, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Welcome and sign-in open at 8:00 a.m. The institutional opening takes place at 9:00 a.m.

Access to the Event Spaces
Access to the event spaces requires free registration and a personal badge, issued at the welcome desk ahead of the event.
Access to the Conference Hall
Attendance at panels, masterclasses and workshops requires prior booking for each session through the Agenda section of the AIS app, subject to availability. It is separate from general access to the summit areas, which requires a personal badge.
Parking
A parking area is available on site, subject to availability.
Participants are encouraged to plan their arrival ahead of time to facilitate access and parking.
Welcome Desk
A welcome desk is available for sign-in, orientation and practical information.
Catering
Paid catering will be available on site.
